Refund policy

Returns or Refunds are not offered due to the nature of custom branded apparel, signs, decals, etc.

In the event that your order is incorrect, a return can be requested via email.  In this event, you are responsible for returning the complete order within 30 days for your order to be "reworked".

Accelerated Graphics, LLC is not held liable for any items have been lost in transit.

Items must be returned in their original condition.  Worn, Used, Washed items will not be considered for reworking.

All blank items are inspected to ensure they are free from defect prior to personalizing.  If any defects are found, you MUST notify us within 15 days of receipt (with your order number) that you wish to return your order to be "reworked". 

Damages from Shipping do not constitute a rework.
