Refunds.
1. Returns or Refunds are not offered due to the nature of custom branded
apparel, signs, decals, etc.
2. In the event that your order is incorrect, a return can be requested via
email. In this event, you are responsible for returning the complete
order within 30 days for your order to be "reworked".
3. AcceleratedGFX.com is not held liable for any items that
have been lost in transit.
4. Items must be returned in their original condition.
Worn, Used, Washed items will not be considered for reworking.
5. All blank items are inspected to ensure they are free
from defect prior to personalizing. If any defects are found, you MUST
notify us within 15 days of receipt (with your order number) that you wish to
return your order to be "reworked".
6. Damages from Shipping do not constitute a rework.
Shipping.
Production Lead Times are estimated to take 10-14 business
days.
Shipping ETAs are 1-5 business days depending on the
following:
1. Your location in proximity to Our Production
Headquarters.
2. The distance from your local area's shipping hub.
3. The order in which your location is on the delivery manifest.
4. If your location is on a business, residential or rural/country route.
5. Local Weather conditions.
If expedited shipping is required. Please select your
preferred shipping method during checkout.
Cancellation.
Any order can be cancelled within 48 hours of being
placed. Orders that are canceled are
still subject to any and all applicable fees for Art, Design, Proofing, Digitizing
or Setup as our process starts as soon as orders are checked out. Any cancelled orders that have started
production will incur a 20% cancellation fee to cover lost materials and time
spent fulfilling your order.
